Production process of stretch (winding) film
The production process of stretch (winding) film generally includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Mix polyethylene (PE) and other raw materials in a certain proportion, and add appropriate additives such as antioxidants and lubricants to improve the performance of the wrapping film.
Extrusion molding: The mixed raw materials are extruded into a thin film through an extruder, and then subjected to cooling, shaping, and other treatments to form the basic form of a wrapped film.
Stretch forming: The extruded film is stretched longitudinally and transversely by a stretching machine to give it certain tensile properties and strength. Surface treatment: Surface treatment of stretched films, such as corona treatment, coating, etc., to improve the surface tension and adhesion of the film.
Cut and package: Cut and package the processed film according to certain specifications for transportation and sales.
The general production process of stretch (winding) film may vary among different manufacturers.
Our company needs to strictly control the quality of each link in the production process to ensure that the produced winding film has good performance and quality.
