1. Preparation work:
Ensure that the work area is dry and tidy, and remove any obstacles that may affect the stretching film operation.
Check if the stretch film is intact, and replace it if it is damaged or torn.
2. Prepare the goods:
Place the goods to be packaged or secured in the appropriate position, ensuring stability and resistance to sliding.
3. Fixed starting point:
The starting end of the stretch film can be fixed firmly to the goods using tape or other fasteners.
4. Start packaging:
Wrap the stretch film from the starting point to the bottom of the goods, rotate it around the goods once, and ensure that the stretch film firmly adheres to the surface of the goods.
5. Maintain tension:
Maintain appropriate tension during the packaging process to ensure that the stretch film tightly wraps around the goods, but avoid damage caused by excessive tension.
6. Winding method:
You can choose between horizontal winding or diagonal winding as needed. Horizontal winding is suitable for square or rectangular goods, while diagonal winding is suitable for irregularly shaped goods.
7. Continue packaging:
Continuously wrap the stretch film around the goods to ensure coverage of the entire surface of the goods. Multi layer packaging as needed.
8. Fixed endpoint:
After complete packaging, fix the end of the stretch film onto the goods to ensure a secure fixation.
9. Inspection and adjustment:
After completing the packaging, check if the stretch film covers the entire cargo tightly and evenly. If necessary, adjustments can be made or additional stretch film can be added.
